Disappointingly slow start to the raffle for the Ukrainian DEC Appeal, some of the feedback being that the guitar was ‘a bit too basic’. So I’ve spent a couple of hours this morning re-spec’ing it, a bit of new routing and some rummaging in the hardware drawer…
It’s now another cousin of the ‘Fuchsia’/’Moutarde’/’Fried Green’ variety that is fast-becoming my stock-in-trade. It has a Seymour Duncan Antiquity humbucker in the neck position, my trademark ‘partial Cabronita’ pickguard in brushed aluminium, and some fancy-schmancy engraved bridge and control plate hardware too!
